The NewsIntel service is offered exclusively to business customers acting in the course of a profession or business (B2B). GSS does not contract with consumers in respect of the Service.

Accordingly, and because no consumer contracts are concluded through this website, GSS does not participate in consumer alternative-dispute-resolution or online-dispute-resolution schemes, and the statutory consumer right of withdrawal does not apply. Our dispute-resolution and governing-law terms are set out in Terms of Service §15.1–15.2.

6. AI-generated content — transparency notice

Articles produced by the NewsIntel service are generated using artificial intelligence and reviewed by a human editor before delivery. Cover images accompanying Articles are generated entirely by artificial intelligence; no third-party photographic material is used.

Where Articles or sample content appear on this website, they carry the same origin metadata. GSS marks Articles and cover images at the point of generation in a machine-readable format identifying them as artificially generated, as required of GSS under Art. 50(2) of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, and supplies human-readable authorship and origin indicators so that the publishing party can make the disclosure required of it under Art. 50(4). Where an Article is published on a customer’s own website, newsletter or social-media account, that customer publishes it under its own editorial responsibility.

Articles are informational content. They do not constitute legal, financial, medical or other professional advice, and GSS does not warrant that they are complete or error-free.

Article cards, quality scores, source counts, reader numbers and claim counts shown in the product illustrations on this website are illustrative examples, not records of actual performance, and are not warranted to be accurate or current. 7. Source material, copyright and takedown

Articles are generated from a curated pool of third-party publications and data sources, selected and managed by GSS under a documented source-selection and compliance policy. That policy includes verifying lawful access to sources and honouring machine-readable text-and-data-mining reservations (opt-outs) under Art. 4 of Directive (EU) 2019/790. The allowlist of permitted domains is enforced at discovery and before a page is fetched. Source attribution supplied with an Article forms part of that Article.

Notice-and-action. If you are a rights holder, a data subject, or otherwise consider that content produced or published by GSS infringes your rights or contains a material factual inaccuracy, please contact info@newsintel.eu, or privacy@newsintel.eu where your notice concerns personal data.

Please include: your name and contact details; the exact URL or identifier of the content; a description of the right you rely on or the inaccuracy you identify; and a statement of the grounds. We acknowledge receipt without undue delay, assess the notice under a documented procedure including a balancing of interests where personal data is involved, and inform you of the outcome. Where a notice is justified, GSS removes the content from its own systems, prevents redelivery, and instructs every recipient of the Article to remove or anonymize it within 72 hours. E-mails already sent cannot be recalled; in that case the content is removed from web-accessible archives and excluded from all future distribution.

All intellectual-property rights in this website, its software, design, structure, text, graphics and the marks “NewsIntel” and “Global Staffing Support” are vested in GSS or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, framing, mirroring or commercial exploitation without prior written permission is not permitted, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Automated extraction of content from this website is not permitted other than by a compliant search-engine crawler observing our published robots directives.

Text-and-data-mining reservation. GSS expressly reserves the rights in the content of this website for the purposes of text and data mining, including for the training of artificial-intelligence models, within the meaning of Art. 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790. This reservation is also expressed in machine-readable form.
